When it comes to building muscle today, the supplement companies have brainwashed us to the point where we are convinced that in order to build massive amounts of muscle we need the latest and greatest supplements and muscle building products in order to achieve our goals. Even with most workout plans you will notice that somehow there are supplements or some kind of muscle building product being promoted within the workout itself. The truth of the matter is that building muscle is not some process that is complicated or requires the use of supplements for it to occur. Building muscle is a natural process that happens when your muscle fibers are put under more stress than they are currently used to. By nature your muscles are very lazy and will not grow unless forced to. By forcing your muscles to do more work than they are used to, they will have no choice but to adapt to the new stress or workload by growing bigger and stronger. The best natural muscle building method out there is called the progressive overload method. This method requires that for every workout you increase the workload that you previously did. This method is very powerful because it stimulates constant muscle growth. However, it does not stop here, in order to build a massive amount of muscle you will have to eat a lot of good clean healthy foods. When it comes to building muscle nutrition makes up for about 80% of this process. Basically as for supplements the only supplements I would recommend for working out are a good protein powder and a good multi-vitamin. Other than that almost all of these other hyped up supplements are either garbage or dangerous. Building muscle the natural way is completely possible and will end up saving you a ton of money and harmful side effects. |
